Second, I perhaps know more about this subject then you give me credit. I have personally been in Federal Court as a party in a multi-million dollar first amendment case, have you?

Trust me, the lack of any type of logical argument in your posts pretty much negates any credit that you might feel you have due. It is quite clear that you have decided to stick your nose into this stuff, and also clear that you beleive that anyone should be allowed to post anything unless of course that person is posting a threat to sue for libel or slander. Then of course that should not be allowed. Sure pal, you deserve loads of credit, whatever you say.:)
