Doug, GATA may win nuisance settlements, never the lawsuit. If it takes 1 million to settle and 10 million to defend, many will settle. I think the GATA group will not make those gold people blimk and their lawyers better have deep pockets. If GATA is funding it and not a contingency firm then they are being suckered as the law firms have no faith in the suit. Bill
