ZSUN, June 15th, ZiaSun Announces Additions to its Executive Management Team

SAN DIEGO - June 15, 1999 - ZiaSun Technologies Inc (OTC BB: ZSUN.OB; www.ziasun.com) today announced additions to its executive management team to strengthen the company's presence and activities in North America, and bring more focus to its overseas operations.

Mr D Scott Elder has been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. ZiaSun has also appointed Mr Anthony L Tobin as the company's Chief Operations Officer, with special responsibility for the company's international business. Mr Tobin remains President of the company.

Mr Elder brings demonstrated leadership and success to the expansion of ZiaSun's corporate presence in the North American financial community. With the world headquarters and now its CEO located in the United States, ZiaSun improves its accessibility for shareholders, as well as industry analysts, major institutions and the media.

Just as importantly, today's changes will enable Mr Tobin to focus more closely on developing the group's operations internationally, as well as continuing the tremendous growth of ZiaSun's core Asia-based holdings.

Of critical value will be Mr Tobin's contribution in developing greater synergy between ZiaSun's flagship product, Swiftrade (www.swiftrade.com), an on-line stock trading system, and Online Investors Advantage (www.i-advantage.com), currently the leading company specializing in on-line investment education and training.

Previously, Mr Elder was a Trend Marketing specialist whose expertise was in recognizing trends in the marketplace and developing joint-venture projects, products, and programs with other businesses to capitalize on these trends. Mr. Elder has previously implemented trend marketing joint-venture projects with several Fortune 500 companies, including General Mills, Procter & Gamble, and Rubbermaid.

Anthony L Tobin

Asia-based Mr Tobin has spent the last four years developing and marketing the product range of ZiaSun subsidiary Momentum Internet Inc.
