I owned this stock a few yrs. ago and had the opportunity to eat at a SLVR as well. I agree the food is good but it seems to me that management is in no hurry to reward shareholders but seem to reward themselves very easily. I think they are going private with this one. The two head honchos I believe were at odds about franchising. Best to all who have stuck this one out.. Augs
