Nasdaq market-maker delay tactics during earnings announcements... nasdaq.com Thanks for the news M. Seems that when Waterhouse got involved a while back, Datek went into the tank. Now that Waterhouse and Citron are disassociates(?) maybe Datek can IPO and Paul Allen will come sniffing around again? The only reason that Datek would need the Waterhouse millions would be to pay-off that Republican switch-hitter on the Senate Banking Committee. He's such a pansie for the Plutocracy - if Datek waved enough $$ in his face... the unscrupulous scoundrel would capitulate in a heart-beat.
