G'morning, Jay--Unfortunately, no, I think. Following the merger there will be 220MM shares o/s, I think. That would be $218 per share with a $50Bn mkt cap, on a diluted basis, based on the 2Q 10Q's.

(Note: Yahoo share numbers are wrong).
