i leased a house in newport beach in 1995 for 2500 per month, was on a golf course and 2 blocks fromthe sea, gated comunity etc.. so for 4k i think it must be a nice house. it was cheaper for me to do that , rather than live in hotels when i comuted from calgary to la for work.. so the 4k might be saveing us money if people are coming to town often.. tim
