Good morning, Jimbo. Would you mind explaining the tactics you employ in your cc game? I've dabbled in it, but with mixed results. In particular,

Do you set your strike price at, near, or above the current trading range?
Do you buy to close on a dip, or ride through expiry?
If the contracts seem likely to be called in the final week, do you defend your position, or take the gain and wait for a dip to re-buy the common?
What percent return do you realize from your csco cc's on an annualized basis?

The cc strategy has been ineffective for me because of the volatile nature of the stocks I've used (aol, qcom, dell), but it would seem more appropriate in a predictable stock like csco.

tia,
