No, actually you should have realized that it was a Sarcastic post. Reality is that everytime a public company runs into any kind of problems with unexpected drops in the stock price, herds of money hungry lawyers start filing class action lawsuits, and filling the news for those companies with their requests for investors to join the suit. This goes on for months, and usually all it does is keep the price of the stock down. Nobody in their right mind will take a look at a company under siege. It is a big business for the firms, and for the shorts. Paranoid? No. Realistic, YES
