Daniel doesn't it concern you that if you are thought to be doing something illegal (which you might easily do since you are young and not familiar with SEC regulations) your parents will have to pay the price for the violation?

This is not an attack on you Daniel. I'm just thinking about your parents in the event that a case is brought against them. SI may not care about your age and neither do I but you are a child in an adult's world. You have taken on the role of an adult because of your stock picking and guru like status on SI as well as other places on the Internet.

In the event that a large group of people lose money because of a stock which you are promoting, doing PR work for . . . call it what you want . . . rest assured that somebody will bring charges against your parents for allowing you to be let loose on the net in an adult world. They may even bring charges against SI for allowing you to post.

This is not a stretch . . . this is the real world where real people lose real hard earned money.

If you are seen as an accessory to a crime you may not have to pay the price but your parents will and maybe even SI will be forced to pay for allowing you to roam freely on their site when it's against their terms of use to do so.

Don't everybody go jumping on Daniel because I made this post but I am genuinely concerned for his parents. I imagine that they are not extremely wealthy already and it would not be a very nice thing for them to end up in a court as defendants and possibly have to pay a huge fine which might cause them to lose what little they do have.

You have a bright future Daniel but this is not the forum for you to be in right now because of your age and your lack of understanding of SEC rules.

You are obviously a very bright young man and I applaud your debating abilities. I bet you're the President of the debating club at your school. <ggg>
