The IBM decline is troublesome for the tech sector IMO. All I can think about is 1987 when I see IBM's decline. IBM lead the tech sector down then. T shows steady institutional money outflow.

Like I have said before, I see the market in a trading range until the Federal Reserve is done. IMO, markets will not go on a tear with Greenspan playing. Market history would seem to support this view.
