Francis, Great posting! One question I've heard circulating regarding the vicious gold "short squeeze" that is unfolding is what role is George Soros and his Quantum Funds playing in this? Reportedly, Soros is long gold. He has the financial firepower to crush the shorts. The overwhelming and overextended short position which has been accruing in the market is similar to the situation that developed with the asian currencies before he moved and crushed them. Food for thought.
