I would still be cautious here. The financing they proposed last Jan has not been completed. Maybe now that the POG has risen, it's a wait and see if they can raise the $10,000,000 to expand the Nueva Condor operation.

I think management did a very poor job about the TSE listing. They had the chance and didn't do it.
