Daniel, all I am interested in and most here is wether or not he did in fact pursue legal action against ztect. That was where this discussion started and wether or not it actually went to court or what the settlement was I really do not care. Most cases never even get to court. I assume that if and when A@P proves to you that this is the case then you will apoligize.
