In fact, if I were a venture capitalist, our meeting would end early.

If you were a venture capitalist, you would probably be poor.

MSFT has a half trillion dollars in equity value, their executive management and board members are some of the richest people in the world, and many fear MSFT may take over the world, yet all you seem to see is doom and gloom. MSFT is sloppy, and nobody is buying their products in the enterprise. IF you feel MSFT isn't even in the picture, carve out all of their enterprise revenue and rate it as compared to all of the other enterprise-only companies in the world. I think an objective look would find that they are very much in the picture. You can have disdain for them, but don't let that blind you to what is going on.
