Zeuspaul and thread, Thank you for all your responses. I've decided to order PMagic and make this process a little less painless. I managed to recognize the 2nd drive through HDD auto-detection in the BIOS and successfully formated it. First HDD was automatically assigned C,E,&F while the second HDD got D&G. My plan was to install a secondary OS (WinNT) on the 2nd HDD with Win98 running on the 1st HDD. Only problem I have now is the 2nd HDD only formats in FAT32 which won't accept a fresh NT install. From what I read on PM, it allows for conversion back to FAT16 which would work with NT. Thanks again, Nick
