I would agree with William. I often will purchase as little as 1/5 th
of a total position. Rarely will my first purchase be the bottom
(or top if I'm shorting). If your considering a "long position" PEGA
is, short term, overbought and I would suggest there will be better
opportunities in the near future.. This is just my humble opinion...
