Halted until AGM?

It looks as if the stock will remain halted until the AGM.
Doesn't seem sense to me to announce somthing in Febuary and then wait 3 months to resolve it. Why is the stock halted? People should be allowed to trade it.. purchase more, get out, etc..

I'm not understanding the logic here.
