EVCME: 10 more days before the Pink Sheets, or.... From a post on RB...
Walter, I know it's confusing and that Companies in the Group whose name start with "E" should have until the 17th November... However, according to the link in post #2126, for some reason, EVCME's fate will be determined on October 20th (but deletions published on October 15th)... Perhaps it had a different name or existing problems with SEC or NASDAQ, I don't know... I know that the suffix "E" is only for one month: after that the Company is either de-listed or the "E" removed, so we should know by the 21st October... I re-posted the highlighted text relating to the chart quoting EVCME...

See the chart below for a complete list of OTCBB issues in the October 21, 1999 Phase-In Group and each security's compliance status as of October 7, 1999.
An initial evaluation was conducted on September 20th for the aforementioned companies in order to assist Market Makers in fulfilling their responsibility to provide evidence of compliance to the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD®). The trading symbols of those securities whose issuers were not deemed compliant with the Rule will be appended with an "E". Notice of these symbol changes was published on the September 20, 1999 Daily List.
Once the NASD receives notification that an issuer complies with the filing requirement, the fifth character identifier "E" will be removed. If the issuer is not compliant with the filing requirement and/or the NASD has not received notification to this effect, on or before October 20th, the issuer's securities will no longer be eligible for quotation on the OTCBB as of market open on October 21st. Deletions will appear on the Daily List of October 15 (available on this Web site) and their removal will be effective at market-open on Wednesday, October 21st.
