len-- as i have stated previously, i have thought the company would be purchased for a while. it has not yet happened, and may not. however, i think it is likely that it will occur. so, there is your ST point of hope. LT the prospects of the company look great. i know its been difficult, so let me tell you what i am doing: trading the position. oh, i'm not trading the entire thing, just a bit and mostly from the options standpoint. its been profitable and consistant and it has enabled me to have a constant position in the stock. good luck to all, trey
