Chuca or anyone, I just received my proxy vote for the RS and it says ( the only option for this resolution is a yes vote or to abstain) Is there any attorneys out there that would know if this is legal?, if we the owners are not allowed to vote against this proposal then why send us the proxy? Time to dump this turkey. Paunch
