WW: AVT, Nortel, and Lucent listed as competitors per Hoovers.
Doing some DD on the lack of interest on the stock.
Here's what I found.

I-Watch Institutional

0/2+(200K)--15 11/16---59K-------NA----------9/27

Since 10/4 Institutions are slowly buying share in ACVC but in small blocks.
No buy interest messages to tip anyone off.
During the record high run on 10/7 & 10/8, institutional participation was 45-60%
meaning they are probably still buying during the increase.
Wasn't a daytrader runup due to low volume.

Something odd also.
Valueline has negative earning's forecast for the stock.
Zack's and Barrons show positive.
This is the first time I can recall such divergence between the company's.
Many institutions use Value Line as a buying tool.
Value Line report is dated 8/27 and should be anytime for a new one.
A change in the Valueline rating of 3 for performance will help the stock price.

High was $32 in 1995. Essentially at 52 wk high now.
