On XRX, I have felt for some years a bit about them the way I have posted on the greeting card companies. (Current technology really cuts into the greeting card market.)

On XRX, every one of us is to some extent our own printing/publishing company needing less in the way of duplication than we used to. One simple example: Before the Internet, if I needed a tax form at the
last minute I would go to the Library and Xerox a copy from their master book. Now I go to the IRS on line and print a copy off my own PC printer.
