Can someone explain why I did not get filled Friday morning? I realize that the Level II was lagging as it often does (at least with eSignal). Thus, I entered several trades based on the actual trades being executed.

Here are the trades:

PSIX - sell order at 9:39 est for 41 3/8. Looking at time and sell trades were going through at or above my price till 9:54.

PLRX - sell order at 10:05 est for 26 13/16. Time and sell trades were going through at or above my price till about 10:10.

It is frustrating to lose on a trade because you can't figure out what price to enter. At the open, Level II often doesn't match up to time and sale trades, as was the case Friday. I have always relied on time and sale in these instances. However, I wonder if maybe the trade reporting was lagging on Friday. I just have a hard time believing that for instance, PSIX which didn't seen to have a huge volume day could have its' trade reporting so far behind that a trade placed within 10 minutes after the open will not be executed while over 20 minutes of trades go through at or above my sell price...I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice tp resolve this and how to determine what order price to enter when sales and Level II are out of whack.....THANK YOU....
