If the stock gets hit you're out big - if the play works out you didn't miss much - and here's the kicker ----- when the stock kites upward bigtime like this stock can you don't enjoy any of that. So the best thing is to not tie up precious capital in options period.

Absent the above strategy the next best strategy would be to sell puts naked - an equivalent long position with more of a gamble. I wouldn't touch it though.

Also, for the record, I know quite well that the New York Times wasn't the reference source for the quote. The New York Times was the publisher of the article that chose an out of context cutie pie sound byte to fill in their distortion of reality propoganda piece. Very good.
