Quote Sheets have two things that can be saved to disk:

Symbol lists - a list of symbols saved to a text file with symbols listed one per line in the format:

=<exchange>:<symbol>
=<exchange>:<symbol>
...
etc.

Layouts - a collection of quote sheet settings that include the definitions of the columns, their order, sort order, colors etc.

The quote sheet window name is associated with the symbol list. If you use the Quote Sheet Export Symbols command the quote sheet will adopt that title. If you import a new set of symbols, the quote sheet title will assume the name of the symbol list file you imported. But there's also an Edit Title command in the Quote Sheet menu which lets you change the title of the quote sheet window without importing or exporting.

Hope this helps,
