It would seem clear zekel is right. It appears Dch Tech. didn't waste lots of time in its effort to solve the problem which came to light Monday when the BB reported the filings had failed. They resubmitted on Thursday the 7th, presumably to make corrections/additions required, of course. Certainly the "E" will remain, no doubt, until the BB receives word that the re-submission passes. Then the "E" will be removed immediately. I doubt anyone here has any idea how long this could take- yet it is possible removal of the "E" would occur as soon as Monday as zekel implies. Perhaps within a few days.

Notice that with the "fail" notice given on the fourth, DCHT stock declined. Notice too, that with the re-submission of the 7th, the price recovered on Friday the 8th.

My guess is that Francios based his $.25 price prediction of Monday evening on the OTC BB eligibility notice of that day, that DCHT had failed. I don't want to jump the gun, but apparently his lack of faith in DCHT management has bitten his prediction where it hurts, and the odds of his prediction now coming true are slim indeed. Instead, we have a picture of a management which has contracted for yearly salaries of $100,000, which they have refused to accept to date though entitled. These are committed people, IMHO. In short, no "money grubbing management" story is apparent to me at all- quite the opposite as I always suspected. Meanwhile revenue growth rates remain quite high, while production problems are purported to have been solved. I, for one, believe 'em.
