It could be that the 10 week and the High Low did reverse but the numbers didn't come in before the close - or something like that.

I'd consider it a shorting opp if after the short term indicators were positive for sometime but the NYSE BP didn't reverse up, the short term reverse down. This happened last year and the market, indices etc were volatile enough to provide trades on both sides of the fence.

If the OPTI reverses up I'd concentrate on the long side. If the NYSE doesn't budge, hunt around for some shorts.

The OPTI moved down on Friday interestingly enough. The NYSE BP moved up. Both were just by little micro measures. Hardly worth the 35 cents to call a friend.
