pala, I think the sales peoples problem may have stemmed from compatibility problems. ie they are not a sales aid because they probably wont work when you hook it up at home. Better to count on whatever the satellite co. or cable co. provides. Could you state the incompatibility problems? I have been stalking the retail chains for over two years. IPG sales have grown from a few hundred to well over 100,000/month at present. Stew
