Bill, lets wait a couple weeks as new news might surface to shed light onto
this topic of hedged by Barrick to counterbalance risk.

Just two simple points.

(1) Those pro Barrick are probably shareholders that wish to hold for
a long time and reap a big investment return. The message I have heard
many time is what great hedge'ing deals they made so that they are not
in a win/lose situation, but a win/win if the price of gold goes lows and
stays low, or goes high and stays high.

I must say wow what a deal to get. But then as I don't undestand any
of the mechanics of this stuff I can only use common sense and assume
that if only Barrick was able to get this "too good to be true, but is"
deals made with those bullion banks, then either only Barrick has competent
people employed or they got a "special" deal.

(2) Anti Trust Laws - Federal Jurisdiction, and I as a private usa citizen
of pee-on status can obtain and supply information to start a BallaRolling.
As can others like GATA thru their legal team. All GATA has to do is
supply evidence of a pattern or collusion of anti normal market forces.

Rumor = I heard that GATA saw a "too good to be true, but is" of a
"special" deal type activity and looked into it and found the good stuff.
