Houseboats, bungalows, sitting by the bay with your morning coffee.. lots to think about. <g> It's a difficult decision, but even with high prices if you're wanting to stay there it could make sense. But you almost might as well go for a house if you make the leap. It'd be hard to call a high in that area as strong as things still seem to be right now. X made good points. And so do those that say go for it. A lot depends on what you want and where you want to be a few years from now. That's my 2 cents.
