Sonny,

Back to the markets after a long hiatus. I see that most of my stocks are up from where I left them a few weeks ago. This constant dropping in and out of the "market world" has conditioned my investment strategy. I have to try to find things that don't require lots of watching.

What's amazing is the amount of good news these days and how little that affects the market. Also, the minimal effect of news of enormous natural disasters.

AOL kicking up its heels a bit, the pharmas recovering nicely (AHP inexplicably going up on news of an enormous settlement, I guess investors were only concerned about the uncertainty and once the bad news was about as bad as it could be they sighed a big sigh of relief). I bailed out of AHP earlier this year thinking that they would have difficulty with the lawsuit. Did not get any WCOM because I've been away from the market and all my orders expired. I think DELL will start its move upward with next month's earnings.

Anyway, nice to be back.
