IAIC's main business is in year 2000 application software as well as transformation software. They have a product that is suppoused to be one of the best year 2000 products out there and have recently reached an agreement with Computer Associates for the product. The stock has 1.8 million shares outstanding although there will be a 3 for 1 split in about two weeks that will increase that number to 5.4 million. Their web page is at infoa.com
