My examination of VTC leads me to conclude that a significant increase in share price is highly probable. I firmly believe in buying value, and at a P/E of 7.x, VTC certainly has it. A good P/E alone does not a bargain make, but my personal prediction for semi-conductor related industries is for very strong demand, with rapid changes in the tech- nology spurring demand for the manufacturers of the industry's industrial equipment. One of these days other investors will realize how underpriced VTC is and start buying it up. We will just have to be patient. Cheers
