Pala. Try Best Buy for Web TV and Circuit City for Guide+. For me Web TV is poor, but, of course, I'm used to 56K and 400 mhz Pentium III. My salesman too was somewhat nonplused when I seemed more interested in the Guide+ than the 36 " Sony he wanted to sell me. JOhnG
