blankmind,

I'm going to hold the shares, and continue writing puts. The first 3 quarters of this year now total 94 cents at the low end. Add in a 4Q number of 20 cents and you get 1999 results of 1.14. That results in a p.e. at the current price (27) of about 24.

KP is calling for revenue growth of about 30 percent going forward. If the p.e. were the same, 30, that would support a stock price of 34.

Therefore, my strategy here is as follows:

1. Continue writing puts to reduce my total net effective price.

2. Write calls against the stock at a price above my net effective.
