To All Sorry Bohdan no list yet of officials we can write to about our perceived injustice. Tried to contact someone in the Federal Ministry of Trade and Commerce, however, the contact person was not there. Just a thought though..... in our haste to adopt the position of "condemnation without investigation". What if.........? The the person implicated in the PP was refused by the exchange because THEY determined that he already had a short position he/she (don't we hate that possibility) had an undeclared short position which would be covered by the placement. Look guys?gals....... if it is rotten, it may be deeper than we think. Don't misinterpret this to mean anything negative about the Company, this scenario is apparently a possibility which has surfaced before. Short the hell out of it and when the pain becomes intense, offer the balm of cash to sooth the ache and pick up a little more cash on the other side to compensate for the generosity and throw in some warrants to boot. This is not fact... just a thought. Ed
