It's too late for each of them... ala: snpx/wflt coms/usrx Two drunks propping each other up. Kind of a sad conclusion to what could have been a good company. They made room for Clarify to be the strong number two player. I'm not sure that Vantive ever really had much impact on SEBL though. It does mean that it's too late for Oracle or SAP to buy any real functionality in the space. However an Oracle purchase of Vantive got increasingly unlikely lately as Larry's lies got louder and louder. TD
