The timing is based solely on the NETR IPO timing. This is a classic "piggy-back" IPO scenario where NAVR will tank in conjunction with NETR. However, it is surprising me that the Sellers have hit NAVR very early this time. Some are getting very smart. I kinda wish it would rise to the high teens to $20 where it would be real fat. Doesn'tt look like that will happen - at least given today's action. That could change though. Miby.
