Here is the latest Y2K reporter from Ed Yardeni. He is holding to his prediction of a 70% chance of a Y2K recession, with the market correcting 30% and then going to DOW 15,000. The magazine article mentioned in your post is from an ongoing poll that Yardeni has done with CIO magazine. There is more information within this link.

I had a conversation with Dennis Grabow of Millenium Capital Management two weeks ago. He is just about the only other Wall Street type who has been consistently bearish on Y2K's effects on the markets. Like Yardeni, he emphasizes the vulnerability of just in time global supply chains. And, like Yardeni, he is not budging from his recession prediction.
