I think he should also clarify why, in the the LVEN filing,
Jackpost Acquisition Corp. is listed as a subsidiary of
LVEN, but according to Nevada State Corporate Information,
the resident agent for Jackpot Acq. is Fred Cruz, the
supposed arms length investor?
