SI,

I am reading through the literature this morning... First blush is good however I do see gaping holes.

The Red-C support only PPPoE for DSL.. The Industry is moving quickly to PPPoA. The IP QoS mechanisms are VERY rudimentary supporting only WFQ and WRED. No RSVP or DiffSev... very weak and not implementable. The telephony architecture is still very weak only support H.323 which even Microsoft knows will not scale.

The Aranea-1 looks interesting and I need to do more homework but I think MRV's real challenge will be penetrating the carrier networks given JNPR, EXTR, FDRY, CSCO, LU, NT and everyone else out there. MVC and certainly an Israeli start-up has only challenges here... I'll get back to you as I complete my dd.

I will say this...the company is trading only at 2 times revenues and the type of technologies MRV is building are in high demand and as you can see from JNPR gain high valuations. Given the investment community it's pretty clear that if the products that MRV has are as good as the data sheets that MRV is worth more than a half billion.
