Amerindo began buying PSIX 11/95-12/95 with 8% (2.56).
By 6/96 had 17%.

As documented below, in 10/96 began selling. Last official report
03/13/97 shows 8.55% -- or 50% reduction. But word is that they have
unloaded more since. Even if not, if they thought there was good
chance of decent appreciation, would they have sold even the 300,000
shares sold as recently as 03/03 ????

PSI would know. You must be kidding. Anyone, especially Amerindo, who buys 16% of a company develops damn good contacts in conjunction with doing so.

PSIX retained Merrill as `adviser' in 5/96. Merrill's been shopping
the sucker ever since -- even to George Soros.
