This is their e mail to me on Friday. <<Hello, IQ Chart has redundant Internet Service Providers and high-speed connections to the Internet. We have a redundant connection so that we can route all traffic to one high-speed connection should the other go down. This morning, there was a technical problem with a major internet hub in Southern California, where IQC is based. This blocked the internet connection to both of our ISP's. This is analagous to having your phone service down... no matter how many lines you have, you still can't make a call. When the service went back up, some intraday data was not immediately available due to the stalled connections. This has been restored by the engineering staff. If this data is not showing up for you, please try clearing your cache under the "Utilities" menu in IQ Chart, and resumbitting the symbols.
