A townhouse or a bungalow is all you really need, anyway, right? Being on the bay sounds so nice. We talked a little bit about buying a house close to the Potomac, but for some reason just never looked seriously. It would have been such an uprooting, and such a long drive for me to get to my office, but now I've moved my office, anyway.
