Nick, you are so bullish buddy. But on a serious note, ICGE will move up because the momentum is incredibly bullish in this sector. Pure speculation, ICGE might declare stock split soon if the trend continues.

Look at the Net hardware group, things are flying. It's just a matter of time for JNPR to split, FDRY may follow.

Now let's see whether the broad market holds or not:)
