Susie: That .31 high is showing up on my "myTrack" chart of "Historical prices," which shows past daily prices and volume.

HOWEVER, I confess that I myself cannot find that .31 figure anywhere else besides myTrack. So MAYBE it turned out to be a reporting error (or a cancelled trade) that no longer shows up on charts, but remains in myTrack's database. I certainly don't mean to give out any wrong information, so thanks for calling the discrepency to my attention.

FWIW: For August 13-th myTrack shows a low of .12, a high of .31 and a close of .27 -- on volume of 414,000 shares (after NO trading at all on the several preceding days). And for August 14-th it shows a low of .02, a high of .04 and a close of .04 on volume of 27,000 shares. Over the next few days the volume ranges from zero to 20,000 and the price from .02 to .06 -- and then most days after that show no trading at all.

If the yearly high in fact was less than .31, I stand corrected -- although I would still have some concerns about the stock myself, since that last runup (however high it actually went) WAS also sparked by acquisition-rumors that didn't pan-out at that time and presumably left some people either with major losses or holding shares they couldn't sell (until now, anyway).

That said, I once again wish Good Luck to anyone who buys-in now...
