Adjuster,

I don't believe it would have any bearing on the VSE's decision that a prospective investor is also shorting the stock. Also only "house stock" is undeclared (the brokerage is doing the shorting, not a client of the brokers). I don't think there are other type of "undeclared" shorts. Any comments ?? If a PP you were involved with was becoming free trading, a friendly broker would let you pre-sell, but that's something different.
