BD I acummulated until I am acummulated out for now. I'm just waiting for Gabor's 5 range to show. Maybe then I'll add more.

Here's a possible reason BD might not be strong in Europe: There was a lawsuit in Germany (maybe THE important European market area??) where BD claimed that the German BD franchise or associate co. steered people who came in to rent a Budget car to a different car owned by the associate firm. Result, BD lost millions. BD took the lawsuit to the highest legal level and ... won. They were able to terminate their franchise contract with the associate firm. That's why (imo)we are seeing announcements now of new initiatives in Germany. (note: I'm not an attorney and I may have got some of the specifics - some facts- wrong. Just recalling from memory the article I read.)
