Elliot, I agree with you... The following will blow you away even more..

According to the Trade Summary Matrix on Bloomberg today, 75,500 shares trading at the offer vs 45,600 at the bid and 74,100 in between and it was down 11/16... That just doesn't make a bit of sense. 66% more traded at the offer than the bid and down a significant 11/16!!

The money is flowing into the stock and yet we are down... not to mention being right after a significant contract.

Do any of you Level II guys have any comment on this?? Are they up to their old tricks again? A last ditch effort before earnings are announced perhaps? Who was on the offer today?

As far as NMS listing, it only makes sense that NASD would wait till after audited results are in, considering all the acquisitions that have taken place over the last year.
